Slide best practice:

Color Blindness – Please do not highlight text in presentations with red as it appears as normal black text for attendees who are color blind. Similarly, other colors are hard to distinguish from each other, see color blind friendly palettes.

All speakers are required to submit a copy of their slide deck by 11:59 PM PDT on Friday, September 27. Slides will be reviewed and approved by the RISC-V team or respective committee. A form to submit your slide deck will be shared shortly. If you do not submit your slide deck for review, your session will be removed from the agenda.

Additionally, all slides will be compiled into a master deck that is used onsite (there will not be an option to plug and present). Finalized slide decks (in PowerPoint format) must be received no later than October 18.

Instructions and reminders to submit slides will be sent leading up to the event.
